- RESERVATIONS
- A credit card on file will be required to book all reservations.
- CANCELLATIONS
- In order for us to best serve all of our guests, please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation. All reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service reserved. All "no show" reservations will be charged 100% of the service reserved.
- SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
- Guests may contact us within 10 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason a guest is not satisfied with their new product we will replace it with something that better suits their needs. Returns are on all hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.
- METHOD OF PAYMENT
- We accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards.
- ASSOCIATES
- Our Associate Training Program provides a "Masters Degree" in hair. Every Associate is a licensed cosmetologist who is investing in their career by working one-on-one with a Roshambo Associate Educator. In addition to working on the Educator's guests, new Associates offer services at 20% off while they are in the program.
