Hi my friends! I am Carissa one of the owners and stylists at Roshambo Hair Studio. At a young age I fell in love with the salon culture. The community of a salon is very unique, very different from most professions. Here we connect very personally to our guests. It is a moment in our very busy lives for our clients to be taken care of and celebrated. For many years I dreamed of having a salon of my own. Now my partner Megan and I are fulfilling that dream of leading a salon team, helping other stylists achieve their goals. My belief system about being a successful stylist has always remained the same, a strong education and love for people are the keys to excelling in the beauty industry. I have extensive experience in L’Oreal Color, Deva Cutting, Color Placement and Event Styling but my favorite part of the work is the opportunity to interact and grow relationships with my guests.​

Past experience as a L’oreal Professional Educator has ingrained in me the appreciation for achievable beauty. While almost anything can be possible with hair, I love to show my guests how to embrace and elevate their natural beauty. I we feel our most beautiful when we embrace our own best features and make them shine.
